Easter baskets are such a fun experience for kids and kids at heart. Those colorful plastic eggs get filled with goodies, and hide around yards and homes for kids to find. Often times, we have too many plastic eggs, or they get broken or seperated and become trash. Our wonderful partner will be collecting both whole and broken eggs, along with the grass that it nestles in. Enjoy knowing these items will be repurposed, instead of going to the landfill.
*Please seperate grass from eggs*

We partner directly with innovators who transform hard-to-recycle materials into new products—so you can see exactly where your items go and what they become.
Scraplanta Creative Reuse is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to promote environmental awareness, education, and artistic expression to the greater Atlanta community through the collection and reuse of materials for arts and crafts. Scraplanta’s mission consists of four components: a retail store selling donated materials for arts and crafts, ongoing series of creative workshops for children and adults, partnerships with schools, and gallery space for Atlanta artists.
Through the collection of art supplies, sourced from over 60 postal codes across Georgia, Scraplanta has been able to divert over 8 tons of materials from landfills. They have also supplied dozens of Metro Atlanta teachers with classroom supplies across grades K-12.
