Can I upgrade my membership level after my initial subscription term is complete?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from your account or by emailing help@ridwell.com at any point.
How easy is it to cancel?
We want you to be so happy with your membership that you feel like you couldn’t live without it! If that’s ever not the case, we’ll see how we can improve and/or take care of cancelling at your request anytime.
What happens when my initial term is complete?
Like other subscription services, your Ridwell membership will move to monthly payments at the same monthly rate you were already paying at the end of the initial term. You can upgrade or continue monthly payments at that point.
