Fast fashion has created a clothing surplus so big that our great-great-great-great-grandkids would still have enough if all production halted today. In the US alone, 11 million tons go to the landfill annually—about 2,160 pieces of clothing every second. Supplying the reuse market is how we can help make good use of preloved clothes at a large scale.

Cycla LLC is an environmentally conscious textile management company that works to decrease the amount of textile waste in the world through reuse and recycle, from clothing all the way down to the plastic bags you receive for clothing collection (they go to Trex for recycling!). Cycla works with US-based thrift stores to manage domestic reuse of clothing, and also connects buyers and sellers throughout the world to help them responsibly downstream recyclable materials in an eco-friendly and efficient manner. Cycla is a philanthropic organization endorsing a variety of local and international causes through corporate donation and repurposing efforts.
