Small actions matter most right now

In light of the latest stay-at-home order issued by the Gov. Inslee, Ridwell will continue to operate as an essential business under the Transportation and Delivery classification.

To ensure the health of our employees and our members, we will continue to maintain at least 6 feet of distance between any members or other employees. All material will continue to be sanitized and we are closely monitoring the situation for any further changes.

If you or a family member is symptomatic, please do not opt into pickups. In that case, we will happily take any accumulated overflow once you resume service free of charge.

Thank you for your overwhelming support of Ridwell! We are focused on doing our part throughout this public health situation to support our community and ensure the health of our members and our employees.

Our priority is the safety of our members, our employees, and our community. Not only are we taking the necessary steps to slow the potential spread of the virus, we are also actively working to setup additional pickups for organizations to help distribute necessary supplies and goods to those who are in need.

Partnering with local organizations

Across the board, our community is facing an unprecedented challenge and we are working closely with our partners to collect and redistribute materials and supplies. Over the next few weeks, stay tuned for updates about additional pickups of high-need items that we learn about from our partners.

Additionally, if you have recommendations or ideas of ways that Ridwell or our wider community could contribute, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@ridwell.com.

Enhanced safety for our employees and drivers

In order to ensure the safety of our people, all employees have been asked to work from home where possible to reduce the risk of social transmission.

Employees and drivers who facilitate pickup and handling are provided disposable gloves and hand sanitizer.

We have implemented an enhanced sanitation process including cleaning and disinfectant spray for any material that we collect. Additionally, we're disinfecting or holding materials for donation or recycling in our warehouse long enough to reduce the risk of spread.

As a reminder...

If you or a family member is symptomatic, please do not opt into pickups. In that case, we will happily take any accumulated overflow once you resume service free of charge.

Again, we appreciate your support and understanding during this time. We believe that when times are tough, small actions count more than ever. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@ridwell.com
